I have to live my life presently. Years ago I had cancer and that made me significantly stop. I was on the fast lane, big time. After that, I realized that I had to slow down. Every single second of the day matters. I kept thinking ‘if I could just get through the week, if I could just get through the day” I was wishing my life away. So you just need to be present every single day of every single moment because it’s a gift. Everything you do is your life and your journey and you need to appreciate it. Because that’s what you got.
