Vlog #017 | San Diego Title Account Manager, Adds Quantifiable Value to Client Business

I recently had the pleasure of spending the day with Josh Giordani – a successful San Diego Title account manager at Stewart Title, and overall great person.

Here’s what I learned while filming his video:

  1. Ask Good Questions – this will help with creating a concept for the video after you’ve really gotten to know the subject.
  2. Blending Traditional Bio Structure with Vlog Elements – getting to adequately convey the different aspects that make up an individual is the goal.
  3. People are Multi-Dimensional – showcase the individual in their true light, both on a personal and business level.

Josh Giordani | San Diego Title (1)I followed for the day really getting a “Day in the Life” perspective of his day. I really was trying to get to the bottom of how he manages to add so much value to his clients and their businesses. 

Josh starts his day with a cup of coffee and a good book. After walking his dog and taking advantage of the ocean air and sunshine, he heads to work. Connecting with his co-workers, clients, and partners is extremely important to him, so he makes sure to reach out to his audience over several platforms including Facebook live and other social media outlets, as well as handwritten notes. This personal touch is a major contribution to his success; he makes genuine friendships and lasting bonds in hisSan Diego Title business because he truly cares about his work and the people he works with. His overall energy and enthusiasm for life carries over into his work, and brings a genuine passion to all his activities.

He takes advantage of social media, apps, videos, and much more to connect with his clients, and add value to their business. Plus, as a former realtor, he has extensive experience in the real estate world and knows all the day-to-day workings of the industry.

I was inspired by Josh’s general outlook on life, and the positive energy he brings with him everywhere he goes. It’s easy to see that that is the key to his success. It’s hard to find someone as qualified, passionate and effective as Josh Giordani, and his work is invaluable to everyone he partners with.
