How Physical Fitness Transformed My Life

If you are willing to give up easily, your chances of success in life will be slim. However, with physical fitness and the right mindset, there is no limit on what we can achieve! I recently sat down with Jack Archie who talks about how he transformed his body by exercising regularly.  Jack talked to us about how he transformed his life by developing physical fitness and the different ways that have helped him deal with stress. As a pitcher, Jack had short-term memory so if something didn’t work out, it just meant more effort needed to put in, but this resilience led him towards success because giving up easily won’t get you very far in life! Below are a few questions we discussed with Jack.

Q: How do you deal with stress?

A: Physical exercise has been a great way for me to deal with stress. I played baseball in college and learned about delayed gratification, which means that physical activity is good not only for your body but also for your mind! I’m sure you can relate when we think of how much time spent being active helps us stay calm or sharpens our mental abilities.

Q: How have you improved your personal growth?

A: The changes in my personal life have made me realize how much I want to grow as an individual. Getting other aspects of the business running smoothly and expanding lead generation systems are top priorities for now, but being there emotionally and physically supporting those around me is just as important too!

Q: What is your morning routine?

A: The morning routine starts with family time, getting kids ready for school, and then making sure there’s nothing urgent that needs to be dealt with that came in overnight. It also includes a quick workout at the gym before starting your workday!

Q: How do you mentally prepare yourself for your day?

A: I’m a firm believer in physical fitness and maintaining mental clarity. It all starts with my daily routine, which includes going through the necessary steps to be successful both physically as well mentally throughout each day’s activities – starting off strong by waking up early!

You have to remember that it is not always about being better than someone else. You should work hard, put all your effort into what you do and never give up! Jack has such a strong belief in himself which led him on this journey of success but don’t forget the most important part- having friends and family who are there for moral support when things get tough. Failing makes us stronger because it helps motivate us towards figuring out why we’re doing something wrong so then next time around it’s easier with more knowledge or experience under the belt. We must keep pushing ourselves past those points where others might consider giving up.
