Vlog | Romantic Mediterranean-Influenced Custom Encinitas Estate

Picture waking up on a beautiful day in your very own Mediterranean-Influenced Custom Encinitas estate with captivating views of the Pacific Ocean. On this latest vlog caravan series, I will show you the amazing architecture and design that was put into this property located at 205 N Vulcan Avenue in Encinitas,CA.

Encinitas is a city located in the North County of San Diego, CA and is considered one of the best surf towns in the world. Bordering over six miles of Pacific Ocean coastline and PCH, this relaxed and laid back city offers a small town feel while being located near a bigger city.

Greeted by a long and gated paver-finished driveway with a good amount of palm trees feels like the perfect private getaway. This property is all about the custom details and use of tucked away living spaces. One way the architecture made use of the 3,637 sq ft was by using an open floor plan inside the house and out the home. Immediately guests are welcomed with a spacious fireplace-warmed front patio. Through to the backyard is another use of space decorated with a large wall fountain and staged with patio furniture around a portable fire pit.

On the side of the main house is a larger patio with a set of stairs leading to a Casita. Walk through the french doors, open space for a couch and bed, wet bar, and half bath. Such a cool little unit that can be used as a guest house or rent out and make some extra income. I headed through the kitchen, to see the features of an oversize island with enough bar setting and exceptional granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances definitely make it a chef-caliber kitchen.

Up to the second floor, the staircase is designed with hand painted tile, wood accents and cast iron railing. The master bedroom occupies the entire second floor with a side office/den and a Juliet balcony with views to the ocean. The master bathroom is designed with onyx counter tops, a soak tub, shower and two walk in closets.

While I was walking through the property, the one thing that stood out to me was colors. This Mediterranean-Influence home is full of colors and art. I really felt a sense of peace and it’s an overall unique property. With a nice balance of aesthetic, details and romantic Mediterranean architecture, it’s no wonder that this property is adorned with the finest of features.
