In this episode of The REAL Podcast (a Facebook Live series), we spoke with Anna Lovec, Founder and Owner of The Alchemy Company. Anna shares her story when she switched careers from Lending to Real Estate. Quickly, as she settled into the Real Estate Industry saw a need of transaction coordinators, The Alchemy Company was born.
The Alchemy Company is an Independent Transaction Coordinator Brokerage. Specializing in Contracts and Disclosures. Anna wasn’t always involved in the Real Estate Industry, she started in lending. At the age of 23 Anna’s interests in changing her career was sparked. At the time a friend of hers, was working in Lending and stated that everyone makes over 10k a month. Shortly have this interaction, Anna started working at a Bank in Lending but was sadly disappointed that NOT everyone was making 10K a month. However, found that working on lending side was not a good fit. Shortly after the crash of 2008, Anna and Husband moved to Florida.
While living in Florida, Anna found her true passion for being involved in the Real Estate Industry. The housing market in Florida was one of the hardest hit states and being surrounded by this grew Anna’s passion for the industry. This passion grew and she immersed herself in the Real Estate Industry. It was then the idea of moving back to San Diego, California was a good one. Learning everything Anna could started to study to become a CA Licensed Broker. Increasing her knowledge in the Real Estate Industry has made Anna the best in answering the need for coordinating transactions.
In 2011, Anna went independent working as a Transaction Coordinator. With all her skill set Anna didn’t want to be just any ordinary Transaction Coordinator, wanting to take something ordinary and turning it into extraordinary, The Alchemy Company name was born with the slogan Experience Extortionary. Although San Diego County is surrounded by other Transaction Coordinators, Anna wanted to create something next level and not be just like the rest. With a strong skill set and drive to succeed in being the best out there keeps Anna and her team at The Alchemy Company on the road to continued success.
Anna Lovec has over fifteen years in the Real Estate Industry. Anna is truly living her best life as her company The Alchemy Company continues to grow. Anna lives in Carlsbad, Ca with her Husband Mark and their three children.
