Producing a podcast is fun, it’s a way to get to know more about my clients and guests who come on The Real Podcast. Podcasts are a great new art form that came out established mediums such as film and audio but its been presented to us through the internet and sometimes in real time. It’s amazing to see how other podcasters will get their name out in the world on different platforms case in point, Facebook Live.
In this episode of The REAL Podcast (a Facebook Live series), we spoke with Leanne Tran on an upcoming project in Fallbrook, Ca. Leanne is an associate Broker and Loan Officer who is a part of Meridox Real Estate and Mortgage. Leanne sought out our services via seeing our content published on multiple platforms. We took this time on FB Live to review Champagne Crest Fallbrook Home with Mountain & Valley Views.
Leanne and her sister Linh were hired by their good friend to help sell this property. Initially it was on the market in 2018, however shortly decided to take it off the market to focus on updating and renovations. It has not been put back up on the market as of April 2019, being back on the market Leanne wanted to try something different. Hiring Video Sells Real Estate to present this property with a different approach is more than likely to end in a purchase.
We took this time on FB Live for the purpose of Pre-Production planning and storyboarding of this Champagne Crest Fallbrook Home. First thing I would like to know from my clients is what is their overall goal in filming their property?
“My goal is for this not to be just a ‘general video’ just about the property. This property is so special, once you’re on the property you feel like you’re walking into Tuscany.”
This property is special, it is situated on 3.6 acres in beautiful and secluded Fallbrook, CA. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath, 5,000 square foot estate features 270 degree views of Palomar Mountains and Bonsall valley, and provides the perfect space to enjoy Southern California Living.
Prior to diving into the full layout of the property, I asked Leanne a little more information about the current homeowners. This is not normally apart of the Pre-Production phase of a project; I was just intrigued to know why someone would want to sell a property as beautiful as that home?
The current homeowners come from the entertainment field and lived a fast paced lifestyle. Living in Los Angeles, then to Orange County, however, the hustle and bustle of City life got to them. Their real estate agent at the time suggested to look in San Diego County and saw 2484 Dos Lomas and fell in love.
Champagne Crest Fallbrook Home is situated on a large lot that has over 275 avocado trees, a mix of lemon and lime trees, fig and peach trees. That is a lot of trees on a large piece of land, thankfully they have their own private well that they irrigate from to water all those trees. Yikes, imagine if they had to use municipal water and how much their water bill is each month?!
The outside of this property alone is worth a thousand photos, A perfectly placed Koi pond, infinity-edge length pool, outdoor showers and fireplace. Even the outside of the home incorporates nature with moss growing on the walls of the home. There is even a barn that has been newly finished. The barn is currently being used as a private office, it features a full bathroom and a recently added deck where you can enjoy a glass of wine. This stunning Champagne Crest Fallbrook Home is the perfect place to sit back and breath in the fresh countryside air.
This was a great time reviewing this expansive property with Leanne. I am so grateful for her in taking the time to joining us on FB Live. The more that I can utilize FB Live Platform to review projects the more I am seeing its benefits. Thank you for tuning into another episode of our FB Live Series, until next time.
