The Art of Video Marketing is a course offered by Video Sells Real Estate taught by David A. Moya. Throughout the duration of this course we aim to educated, guide and assist real estate professionals in effectively creating media content (a.k.a. Video Marketing). By the end of the course, we are confident that our students will be able to film, edit and manage their own media content and propel their businesses to the next level.
Another great aspect about the course is that we teach that you don’t always need to hire a production company when creating your videos. Instead, we believe our students should be intentional how and where they spend their video marketing budget. Obviously we believe there’s a time and a place for hiring someone, we are after all a media company, but we do feel a lot of real estate agents are missing out on a huge opportunity to market themselves via video and social media. This is where our course comes in.
We start off the course by making sure our students have the right equipment and that equipment is set to the correct setting to optimize their technology. The smartphone, specifically the iPhone, is an effective devise in helping our students achieve social media, video and marketing goals. We also briefly touch on how all the content (videos) we create should have a dual purpose (i.e. social media & blog) and be tailored to fit different social media channels.

For the new student, this might feel a bit overwhelming, however repetition is the mother of learning and it is for this reason that we reiterate a lot of the overall encompassing themes throughout the entire course. In fact, every aspect of the course is interrelated with the rest of the course so it’s easy to grasp concepts. However, it does take some time, encourage and support to overcome some of the barriers. When you create content constantly and consistently, you’ll discover a new way to effectively market yourself and your brand like never before.
The Art of Video Marketing is centralized around the #48Videos a year model, and in this system we have an annual goal of 48 videos for our students. Each video you create is compounded with the next leading to an accumulation of content on multiple social media channels.
Creating a library of content is priceless. Throughout this course our students learn how to repurpose footage, manage media and cross promote content regularly and across all social media channels. Our goal is to keep our students in the forefront of their clients’ mind via educational and entertaining content that create engagement and community.
