On this episode of The Real Podcast powered by FB Live, Nick Roshdieh, Real Estate Agent, Family Man, Friend and Client. We wrapped up our most recent project, “Newport Coast” with Nick earlier this year. Nick gives us the most humble advice and insight on how he became successful in the industry.
Here are some excerpts on the interview
David: Let’s dive into Real Estate, How did you get started in Real Estate?
Nick: I’ve always had a passion for architecture; Homes, High Rises, you name it, I’ve always been very interested in it. I come from a Business and marketing background. I had numerous business and one thing led to another one of my business wasn’t doing so well. In life when things don’t go our way, it’s the universe paving another way for us. I embraced that and thought about doing something different, and so I got my real estate license. I did that sixteen years ago and it’s been a fun career. A career I take very seriously and with gratitude. Helping people buy and sell their homes has been fabulous.
David: You live in Orange County, you do a lot of high end but other price ranges as well. You wanted to highlight Newport Coast. (The most recent project we did with Nick, you can get it out HERE) Why did you want to do that? What was the goal for that?
Nick: I’ve always loved the area, with some of the most beautiful coastlines in California. The homes that are there go from three to thirty-five million. Just to see them and be in them is an opportunity to help someone purchase or sell. It’s incredible! Dealing with the clients that own these types of properties is so much fun, that’s why I like to focus in that area. Also, because of market absorption.
David: Let’s talk about homes, I know you touched on that a bit but let’s talk about the type of homes. Architecturally and price range?
Nick: Newport Coast has a little bit of a meditation flavor from the older properties and the newer ones are in the contemporary feel. Price ranges vary, they go from three million to forty million and more. Price range is all over the place. There are certain parts of Newport-coast areas of the track community and some are custom homes.
