I’ve been working with David and his team for, I don’t know, it seems like years now. He is just that easy and fun to work with. I mean, it’s probably been a year or two, but it seems like it’s been a forever relationship. I don’t really remember a time when David and I weren’t working together in my real estate business or career. David and his team, what they have done, or what they do for me, is property videos. But not just the property videos that are just streaming photos, but it’s actually a real story. It’s a true virtual tour of the home. Not only just the home, but the community that surrounds the home. We all know as agents, that when a buyer comes to buy a property, they’re not just buying a house. They’re buying into the community. They’re buying into the lifestyle of what surrounds the community. That’s what David and his team are so good at featuring. They’re featuring the parks, the schools, the beaches, and the local market place, the shopping centers, all of that. So when a buyer gets their eyes on these wonderful videos that they do, it truly is telling a full story. David and I have a meeting probably once a month. We sit down, and we make a plan for the month. What are we going to do? What do we need to cover? What videos are we going to do this month? How are we going to utilize the social media the way that we need to for the business? He really does help me with that. He keeps me on track. And then outside of all the business aspect of David, he’s just such a great cut over. I love him to death. He is so fun, and positive, and uplifting. He’s just wonderful to be around. He’s one of these people that you just love to hear from. So when he says, “Hey, we need to get together and have coffee, and make a game plan.” You’re excited. It’s not like, oh, my goodness, here we go. It’s not work. He doesn’t make it work. He makes it fun. He makes all of this work, the real estate, the social media, the filming of videos, which sounds like it should be a lot of work. It’s not. He makes that whole aspect fun and so much easier than it would be if you were trying to do it on your own. You wouldn’t even know where to begin. He has my highest recommendation, he and his team. Just for everything that they do. For everything that their business encompasses. It has made me, as an agent in my business, just so much better.
