Decide what your all-encompassing goal is…right it down and keep it somewhere you can see it every day, multiple times a day. Discover your “big why” by using mind mapping and vision boards.
COMMITMENT
- Daily #MindsetCheck’s (a.k.a. checkins) with your accountability partner
- You may opt for only doing this during the week days and leave the weekends for personal time.
- See “Accountability Partner” below.
- Routine (am/noon/pm) – commit to having your own routines (including checkins) every morning, noon and night.
- Example of a morning routine: 20/20/20 rule for the 5am club.
- Checkin with yourself every morning, noon and evening.
- Structure:
- 6am – every week day at 6am we will be doing a 1-5min #MindsetCheck on the Clubhouse App.
- 12pm – connect with your accountability parter and checkin with them at or around 12pm. Send them a voice-memo/recording so you don’t have to coordinate a time to connect.
- 9pm – be sure to review the week and check in with yourself and mentally prepare yourself for the next day.
- Learn thru Teaching – share & educate at least one thing per day on social media or another platform. Click HERE to view an example of how to share what you’re learning.

- Via voice message, voice memo, or voice mail.
- In order to avoid schedule conflicts. Record and send whenever most convenient. However we do recommend that you create a consistent time for you and your partner to connect.

- Top 3 Gratitudes – share you top 3 things you’re grateful for.
- Top 3 Goals – share you top 3 items that you plan to focus on throughout your day.
- Theme – share you theme, mantra or word-of-the-day that represents the energy you plan to take with you throughout your day.
- Wins/Losses – share any of your wins and losses. This is great information for the next item below (claims, affirmations, prayers)
- Claims/Affirmations/Prayers – after hearing your partner’s wins/losses, share with them your claims, affirmations or prayers for them. For example, “I claim for you mental toughness and clarity of action as you go about your day.”
